Your service stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

When refunds apply

  • Request a refund before the end of your subscription period by contacting support.
  • Monthly plans: refunded pro rata for the unused days of the current month.
  • Annual plans: refunded pro rata for the unused months, with months already used charged at the monthly rate.
  • Usage-based (postpaid) charges and services already used are not refundable.
